No need to sit for hours

New research is showing that even a couple of minutes of Mindful Awareness a few times a day can bring about positive changes. If you feel you just can't find the time to sit on the mat for hours, then take 'mindfulness pauses' during your busyness. Check in on your posture, your feelings/emotional state and where your head is. This can bring clarity and really give you a power spurt to greater productivity, wiser responses and a more positive outlook. You will become a better version of yourself!
