Slowing Down: Mini-Meditation

Wherever you are right now, take three slow deep breaths. Notice your body settling down into the chair or the ground. Breathe normally. Keep your focus on your breath. Your mind will wander. Allow it and when you are ready gently re-direct it back to your breathing. Take note of where your mind went to. Keep this going for as long as you like. Well done.
