Unwind and discover your inner peace with this unique five-session course held fortnightly in beautiful, gorgeous and peaceful surroundings. 6.30 - 8pm @BamberandBrown 'The Breathing Room' Take the time to prioritize your mental and emotional well-being through mindfulness and relaxation techniques. This course will guide you in letting go of stress and embracing a mindful lifestyle, serving as the perfect antidote to busyness, discomfort, and restlessness. Follow-up notes, ongoing support, and additional resources are included. Whether you’re new to mindfulness or a seasoned practitioner, this course is designed for anyone seeking peace, balance in daily life, and a community of like-minded individuals. Each session begins with an introductory sitting, followed by relaxation and breathwork practices. After that, there will be a brief introduction to the topic for contemplation and exploration. The topics covered include: 1. An introduction to self-awareness skills: Deepening self-kindness and motivation. 2. Befriending difficult emotions: Quick remedies for dealing with stressful feelings during busy moments. 3. How to live with others: Deepening relationships with more acceptance and ease. 4. Active mindfulness: How to live your best value-led life. 5. Deepening compassion skills: Moving forward with greater joy, connection, and peace. Take the time to invest in what matters most.
